Presenters
Kelsey Rees joined Channel Partner Insight in March 2021 as its new reporter.
She was successfully promoted to the role of Senior Reporter after one year and now assists with the
editorial strategy across CPI and CRN as Associate Editor, writing news and features, hosting live and online events and interviewing channel company executives.
Kelsey has completed an undergraduate degree in English Literature and a Master’s degree inMagazine Journalism at Cardiff University.
Romain Basset is the Director of Customer Services at Vade, where he advises MSPs on how to protect their clients from cyberthreats. He is well versed on the latest techniques used by hackers to execute targeted phishing, spear phishing and ransomware attacks that bypass traditional security systems.
Romain is a frequent speaker on cybersecurity and has given dozens of talks at conferences such as CIO Visions, Channel Partners Evolution, Data Connectors, etc. He holds a master’s degree in computer engineering and has more than a decade of experience in IT security, both in Europe and the US.
