About this webinar:

In 2022, CRN conducted research into how organisations are using AIOps in managing their IT infrastructure, exploring attitudes and intentions around IT operations, how artificial intelligence and machine learning is being utilised, and trends amongst service providers supporting customer development.

In the subsequent 12 months, AI has been in the spotlight to a greater extent than ever before, with the proliferation of ChatGPT and other technologies raising important questions about the implications of AI for multiple industries. However, while much has been said about the potential applications of AI, how is the technology actually being used to streamline infrastructure management and further business objectives?

In CRN’s previous research, those surveyed said they have plans for advancing automation in all areas, expecting to increase task automation in two years’ time, with analytics, upgrading, troubleshooting, remediation and integration seeing the most significant expected increase.

But have organisations achieved the AIOps goals they set out a year ago? Have the goalposts shifted? And in light of developments in the technology, have new use cases emerged?

This white paper and webinar will look beyond the hype surrounding AI and examine whether goals and expectations for AIOps usage has shifted, and how MSPs can support organisations in implementing AIOps in a way that best suits their customers and their business needs. It will chart the development of AIOps over the last 12 months, and compare trends across multiple markets.
