Raj leads the Surface AI PC technical strategy at Microsoft UK, supporting Surface commercial channel partners by innovating with Microsoft Surface, Windows and Copilot. Having started her career at Microsoft, she previously worked at Microsoft Australia with strategic Global partners in the Global Partner Technology ANZ team where she led the Microsoft Teams app dev motion and worked across Microsoft 365 platform and Dynamics 365/Power Platform. Raj has been successful in delivering impactful solutions and accelerating adoption at scale in the channel with Microsoft technologies.

Raj graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science Engineering, with a postgraduate Professional Industry specialisation in enterprise IT management. She is passionate about creating continuous impact with cutting-edge technology solutions to address real business challenges across industries and communities.

Alex Smith

Alex has worked at Microsoft for nearly 20 years in various roles, primarily working with channel partners. He now leads the Microsoft Surface Commercial Channel and before that was Director of Licensing Solutions Providers and Cloud Distributors. Alex introduced to channel partners Microsoft products such as Office 365, Windows Intune, and Microsoft Azure, developing a reputation for creating strong sales channels for technology solutions that transform channel partner businesses.

In 2023 Alex completed a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management from Cranfield University where studying Corporate Sustainability sparked a personal interest and focus on sustainability within the IT channel.
