Some channel partners may still be going through the transition to a managed services model, but the MSP market is already going through a major shakeup.
As more and more firms move into the space, differentiating yourselves from your competitors is becoming more and more important.
The rapid growth in public cloud adoption – mostly with two providers – means that many MSPs are building out similar capabilities, making this differentiation even harder to achieve.
The vendor market is also in a state of flux, with the largest MSP-focused vendors in the world announcing expansions, IPOs and acquisitions.
Perhaps the largest of these shake ups came in October last year, when Datto and Autotask merged to create a powerhouse in the MSP space.
In this webinar Datto SVP Mark Banfield will lay out the vendor’s post-merger plans, and offer an insight into how partners can differentiate themselves in an increasingly crowded market.
Banfield will be joined by Tim Walker of Aura Technology and James Moss of Fifosys, they will offer insight into how resellers can best utilise Datto’s MSP-targeted technology to bolster their recurring revenue, or start building out their first managed services.
Key discussion points include:
- How partners can differentiate themselves in a crowded MSP market
- The rationale behind Datto’s merger with Autotask
- How partners can leverage the newly expanded Datto portfolio
- Advice on how partners can take their first steps into managed services
